MANUFACTURING THAT SIMPLIFIES YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN

Haake Manufacturing Co. provides integrated metal manufacturing services designed to reduce complexity, shorten lead times, and improve production reliability. By keeping every critical process in house, we eliminate unnecessary handoffs and give you a single manufacturing partner from first operation to finished part.

CNC Laser Cutting

Haake Manufacturing provides laser cut parts across a wide range of material types.  With up to 10,000 watts of processing power, Haake delivers fast throughput without compromising accuracy or part quality.

CNC Punching

Haake’s CNC punching technology supports complex, three dimensional part processing with the goal of completing as many operations as possible on a single machine. Each punching head offers full 360 degree rotation, allowing for precise forming and feature placement.

CNC PUNCH/LASER COMBINATION

Haake is one of the few job shops in the St. Louis region with punch and laser processing on the same machine. This integrated capability combines forming and contouring with laser cutting in a single workflow, reducing handling, shortening cycle times, and lowering overall production cost.

Powder Coating

Haake’s powder coating services are built for consistency at production scale. A fully automated line, six-stage wash system, infrared pre-processing, and zirconium pretreatment work together to deliver durable, uniform finishes with fast changeovers and reliable quality.

CNC Press Brake Forming

Haake’s press brakes support a wide range of forming applications with consistent accuracy. Automated six axis back gauges ensure precise, repeatable bends across complex part geometries, while electric press brakes improve speed and production efficiency.

Metal Stamping

Haake offers metal stamping using AIDA punching cells up to 160 tons, supporting both progressive and single station tooling. Advanced controls, servo feeds, and monitoring systems ensure consistent quality across short and long run production. Additional presses ranging from 5 to 150 tons allow us to support a wide range of stamping requirements.

ROBOTIC, Mig/tig, & spot WELDING

Robotic arc welding (MIG/MAG) of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum is performed using automated welding systems designed for continuous operation. These cells deliver consistent weld quality and are well suited for medium to high volume production runs.

secondary services

Haake provides value added services that deliver production ready parts. Assembly, metal finishing coordination, and hardware insertion reduce supplier handoffs and simplify sourcing for turnkey components.

Fabrication
Without the Friction

Haake Manufacturing Co. is designed for real-world manufacturing demands. From tight tolerances to repeatable production runs, our integrated capabilities help customers maintain consistency, control cost, and meet delivery commitments without disruption.

When your parts move into production, you need processes you can trust and a partner that stands behind them.
