CNC Laser Cutting

Haake Manufacturing’s CNC punching technology permits complex, three-dimensional processing with the goal of complete processing on one machine. The punching head on each machine has full, 360-degree rotation.

Haake is one of the few job shops in the St. Louis region with punch and laser processing on the same machine. This integrated capability combines forming and contouring with laser cutting in a single workflow, reducing handling, shortening cycle times, and lowering overall production cost.

Haake Manufacturing’s powder coating operation is not just a finishing step. It’s a fully automated, controlled, high-quality service where pretreatment, wash stages, and curing all contribute to durability and appearance.

Powder Coating

Haake’s press brakes support a wide range of forming applications with consistent accuracy. Automated six axis back gauges ensure precise, repeatable bends across complex part geometries, while electric press brakes improve speed and production efficiency.

Haake offers metal stamping using AIDA punching cells up to 160 tons, supporting both progressive and single station tooling. Advanced controls, servo feeds, and monitoring systems ensure consistent quality across short and long run production. Additional presses ranging from 5 to 150 tons allow us to support a wide range of stamping requirements.

Metal Stamping

Robotic arc welding (MIG/MAG) of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum is performed using automated welding systems designed for continuous operation. These cells deliver consistent weld quality and are well suited for medium to high volume production runs.

Robotic Welding

Haake provides value added services that deliver production ready parts. Assembly, metal finishing coordination, and hardware insertion reduce supplier handoffs and simplify sourcing for turnkey components.
